Parents can't do that job forever, says Dr. David Williamson, director of the inpatient TBI Program at Walter Reed, so we need to establish new community-based models of care where veterans can have access to long-term mentoring and support.

Not just for veterans, but for all TBI victims with a parent as a caregiver.  I'm 73.
